MP Crime News: The mystery of Jaswant Singh Gill murder case in Dabra, Gwalior has been solved. Punjab Police has arrested two shooters from Kharada on the tips of Gwalior Police. Jaswant Singh Gill was murdered on the instructions of gangster Arshdeep Dalla living in Canada. Both sharp shooters worked for Arshdeep Dalla.
Both short shooters were caught in a joint operation between Gwalior and Faridkot police. Sophisticated weapons have also been recovered from the accused.
Gwalior SP Dharamveer Singh said that on November 7, a criminal sentenced to life imprisonment was shot dead in Dabra. The relatives of the deceased had expressed suspicion on two people. During initial investigation, it was revealed that a murder incident had come to light in 2016. In 2018, the court sentenced Jaswant Singh Gill to life imprisonment. Police said that Jaswant Singh Gill had come out of jail on 15-day parole.
Dabra massacre’s connection with Canada
It was feared that the murder of Jaswant Singh was an act of revenge. According to the police, investigation made it clear that the murder was committed by shooters from outside. The crime branch team started investigating hotels, lodges, guest houses, CCTV cameras. Investigation at the hotel revealed that both had come. Video footage was provided to Punjab Police. Both the accused were wanted for the murder in Faridkot. SP Dharamveer Singh said that the investigation team was sent to Punjab to arrest the miscreants.
Two shooters of gangster Arshdeep Dalla arrested
Both shooters were arrested in a joint operation of SOG and PG2F. The accused have been identified as Anmol Preet Singh and Navjot Preet Singh. After the arrest, Gwalior Police is preparing to bring the accused from Punjab. Punjab Police sources say that Sikh activist Gurpreet Singh Hari was shot dead by four gangsters in Faridkot last year.
Investigation revealed that the two arrested shooters, Anmol Preet Singh and Navjot Singh, had committed both the murders at the behest of the Canadian gang. In January 2023, the Home Ministry had listed Arshdeep Dalla as a terrorist. Police hope that the investigation may reveal many cases of target killing.
