PM Narendra Modi in Maharashtra: Prime Minister Modi reached Washim in Maharashtra on Saturday (5 October 2024). Here he launched development initiatives related to agriculture and animal husbandry sector. PM Modi addressed the people in the program after the inauguration. During this, he fiercely targeted the opposition. He made many allegations against Congress and its alliance partners.
At the beginning of his speech, PM Modi said, “Today during Navratri, I have the privilege of receiving the blessings of Mata Jagadamba in the temple. I have also visited the Samadhi of Sant Sevalal Maharaj and Sant Ramrao Maharaj and taken their blessings. I bow my head and pay my respects to these two great saints. Today is also the birth anniversary of the great warrior and queen of Gondwana, Durgavati. Last year the country celebrated her 500th birth anniversary, I also pay my respects to Queen Durgavati.”
‘Maharashtra is getting double benefit from double engine government’
PM Modi further said that during the holy time of Navratri, I have just got the opportunity to release the 18th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Today more than Rs 20 thousand crores have been transferred to the accounts of 9.5 crore farmers of the country. The double engine government of Maharashtra is providing double benefits to the farmers of Maharashtra. Under Namo Shetkari Mahasamman Nidhi Yojana, about Rs 1900 crore has been given to more than 90 lakh farmers of Maharashtra.
Questions raised on Congress by mentioning Banjaras
PM Modi said, after independence, it was the responsibility of the Indian government to restore the name and glory of the Banjara community. However, Congress governments isolated the Banjara community from the mainstream communities. Congress’s thinking has been foreign from the beginning. Like the British rule, these Congress families also do not consider Dalits, backward classes and tribals as their equals. They feel that India should be ruled by only one family. Therefore, they always maintained a derogatory attitude towards the Banjara community.
Mentioned of drugs worth crores of rupees recovered in Delhi
PM Modi further said that recently drugs worth thousands of crores of rupees were seized in Delhi. A Congress leader is suspected to be its mastermind. Congress wants to contest elections with the money earned by pushing the youth towards drugs. We should be cautious of such agendas. Congress is being ruled by urban Naxalites. They feel that if we all unite then their agenda of dividing the country will fail. Everyone can see how closely Congress stands with those who do not have good intentions for India.
