NEET Paper Leak: Not Only NEET, But Government Recruitment Exams Were also Rigged, Police Revealed About ‘Mastermind’ Gangadhar

Paper Leak News: Amid the ongoing uproar over the NEET paper leak, a big information has come to light from Maharashtra. Latur police, which is investigating the paper leak case, has found hall tickets of candidates who appeared for grade C and grade B recruitment exams apart from NEET students from the accused. This is pointing towards the fact that the accused of paper leak were not only rigging the medical entrance exam, but they were also committing crimes in government recruitment exams.

Actually, the police suspect that Gangadhar Gunde, the accused of NEET paper leak, and his associates used to rig the examinations conducted by the state government apart from the medical entrance exam. The investigation of Latur Police revealed that Gangadhar Gunde, the absconding accused in the NEET paper leak case, is the common link between the teachers and the agent. Meanwhile, Gangadhar’s wife has claimed that Uttarakhand Police has arrested Gangadhar. She has said that she has not been able to talk to Gangadhar since June 25.

Gangadhar was in contact with the People of Bihar

The investigation by Latur police of Maharashtra also revealed that Gangadhar was in constant touch with some people in the state of Bihar. The police said that it is not yet clear whether the people Gangadhar was in contact with in Bihar are NEET students or brokers who have a connection with the paper leak. An officer said that during the investigation, the police had found some WhatsApp chats and contact numbers, which made it clear that Gangadhar was in touch with some people in Bihar.

Gangadhar is a Resident of Sangli, Maharashtra

Maharashtra Police may soon take the help of Bihar Police in this regard. However, the case of Bihar Police has now been transferred to CBI for further investigation. Investigation also revealed that Gangadhar is a resident of Sangli in Maharashtra. He currently lives in Gurgaon and works in an automobile company there.

During the initial investigation, the police had found hall tickets of eight NEET students from the accused, but after the arrest, four more hall tickets were found. The police have now found a total of 12 hall tickets in the WhatsApp chats of the accused. An officer also said that hall tickets of Grade C and Grade B exams have also been found from the accused, the work of verifying which is going on.
