Three days ago, a dispute broke out in Delhi’s Karkardooma court over a client’s case and when the situation worsened, the protectors of the law became its destroyers. In fact, in the viral video, the lawyers of the court are seen kicking and punching each other. The surprising thing is that all this was happening in the presence of Delhi Police personnel, and the police personnel could not do anything except standing and staring. Still, somehow the police (Delhi Police) and other lawyers calmed down the matter, but since Monday the video related to this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Lawyers refuse to conduct MLC
After receiving information about this incident, a team of Shakarpur police station reached SEM court on 20 July. The investigating officer got information in this case that two lawyers were fighting over a matter related to a client. The police had asked both the lawyers to undergo medical examination (MLC), but the lawyers of both the parties refused.
The option chosen to raise the issue in the Bar Association
Both the lawyers had also refused to lodge a complaint in this matter. Instead of filing a case in the Shakarpur police station, both of them chose to raise the issue before the Bar Association.
