Trampled carts without ultimatum
The employees involved in this campaign being run by the municipality were in such a hurry to get applause from the top officials that they did not even give the carts installed there a chance to move away. They started overturning the carts. It is alleged that during this time even the children present at the spot were not spared and an attempt was made to crush them too.
It is being told that the financial condition of roadside vendors and vendors is very weak and they depend on this for their livelihood. It is alleged that no notice or information was given to the shopkeepers before this action. Municipal employees reached the spot with bulldozers and started digging and trampling everything without any ultimatum.
JCB driver beaten
Seeing the actions of the municipality employees, people got angry. It is being told that angry fruit shopkeepers and traders slapped the JCB driver. Angered by this action, people have opened a front against the municipality.
