He praised the active participation of American voters in the democratic process.

Philemon Yang, President of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, also congratulated former President Donald Trump for winning the elections for the second time.
Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has defeated Democratic Party candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris in the race for electoral votes, and has also secured the most popular votes.
